What We Do


InStore Focus does one thing and we do it well: we demonstrate and sample products. Whether it be a cooking, non-cooking, roaming or co-op demos, we focus solely on ensuring the highest quality in-store sampling events in Canada.

Why does a well-executed demo work? Because the customer can experience the brand first-hand. It's free so there is no risk. The product is right there so the customer doesn't have to roam the aisles to find it. And best of all, a polite and well-informed real live person talks about the product, shows how to use it if necessary, and answer questions.

Easy to try. Easy to buy. That's the impression customers get.

Sampling works best when:

  • Introducing new brands, line extensions and newly packaged brands
  • Giving established brands a sales boost or positioning them to a broader audience
  • Introducing consumers just entering into a new category (i.e. baby food)
  • Leveraging sales/trade support at the retail level
