
InStore Focus considers its Brand Ambassadors the most valuable members of our team. After all, they're the ones who connect with potential customers, represent your product, and work in cooperation with store managers. Recruiting and training are taken very seriously here — in fact, this year training is the company's first priority.
We are currently in the midst of ensuring that all Brand Ambassadors receive certification in food handling and safety. Part of their training process includes an orientation, in-store job shadowing, a comprehensive manual, training video, and customized training on specific products for upcoming programs.
We have a pool of Brand Ambassadors more than 3,500 strong situated from coast to coast. All are independant contractors so a vast team is available on but only on an as-needed basis.
